Founded in 1981 by John Graham in Iowa, the company launched its first healthcare project for Mercy Campus and evolved into a regional construction leader.

Operating primarily across Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin, it rebranded as 3G Companies in 2024 to reflect its expanding national reach.

Financially solid and privately owned, it delivers multi‑million‑dollar projects in sectors like healthcare expansions, industrial warehouses, lab renovations and school facilities.

Typical projects include hospital expansions (vascular IR labs, helipads), corporate office fit‑outs, industrial facility builds and educational campus developments.

Specialised in healthcare, commercial, industrial and education construction, often managing complex schedules, operational continuance and high‑safety environments.

In 2020 CEO Steve Hauschilt took ownership, marking a major leadership milestone, and in 2025 the company opened its first Southern Wisconsin regional office.
